Amendment to the Promotion of Export Agriculture Act, No.46 of 1992

- It has been identified the necessity of amending the Promotion of Export Agriculture Act, No.46 of 1992 in keeping up with the current needs. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Plantation Industries to instruct the Legal Draftsman to prepare a Bill to amend the said Act, was approved by the Cabinet.
