Submission of Regulations made under the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Act, No.11 of 2021 in Parliament for approval

- The proposal made by the Hon. President in his capacity as the Minister of Investment Promotion to submit the following Regulations issued by the Minister of Investment Promotion under the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Act, No.11 of 2021, was approved by the Cabinet.

* Colombo Port City (Development Control) Regulations No.1 of 2023 published through the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2334/47 dated 2023‑06‑02.

* Colombo Port City (Authorised Persons Engaged in Business) Regulations No.1 of 2023 published through the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2339/31 dated 2023‑07‑07.
