Consolidated strategic communication programme for the promotion of national aspirations and international image of Sri Lanka

- It has been identified the necessity of implementing a strategic communication programme to upgrade the international image of Sri Lanka and to manage a correct foreign policy in a balanced manner by strengthening international relations enabling to face global and regional challenges. Accordingly, the joint proposal made by the Minister of Mass Media and the Minister of Foreign Affairs to implement a communication programme for the promotion of national aspirations and the international image of Sri Lanka, was approved by the Cabinet.
