Amendment of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Act No. 51 of 1979

- The Approval has been granted at the Cabinet meeting held on 2023.01.02 to amend the Sri Lanka Ports Authority Act No. 51 of 1979. Accordingly, the clearance of the Attorney General has been received for the Bill prepared by the Legal Draftsman. The proposal made by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation to publish the said Bill in the Government Gazette and then submit it to Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
