Civil Aviation Aeronautical Service Provider (Air Navigation and Aviation Security) Licensing Regulations No.01 of 2023

- The Civil Aviation Aeronautical Service Provider (Air Navigation and Aviation Security) Licensing Regulations No. 01 of 2023 has been promulgated through the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2326/16 dated 2023.04.03, as per the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act No. 14 of 2010, enabling to ensure the safe aircraft operation within the aerodromes and airspace of Sri Lanka in accordance with the standards and recommended practices contained in the annexes to the Convention on International Civil Aviation. Accordingly, the proposal submitted by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation Services to submit the said Regulations in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
