Providing a land plot located in IT Park, Malabe for the establishment of the laboratory of Sri Lanka Standards Institution

- A 3 acre plot of land in the Information Technology Park in Malabe has been allocated for the construction of the laboratory of the Sri Lanka Standards Institution. The amount spent by the Urban Development Authority to acquire that plot of land has already been paid by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution. Accordingly, taking into account the proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing, the Cabinet granted approval to transfer the said plot of land to the Sri Lanka Standards Institution through a freehold deed.
