Deployment of Ceylon Corporation Ltd owned Dry Bulk Carrier Ships named Mv. Ceylon Breeze and Mv. Ceylon Princess in year 2023 and 2024

- Bids have been invited for the selection of a Charterer or a Commercial Manager on the time chartering basis to place these two vessels on international charter market during the period of 2023 and 2024. Nine (09) bids have been received, out of which 06 bids have been submitted on time chartering basis and 03 bids have been submitted under commercial management. The proposal made by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation to award the Contract of deploying the above two vessels to the M/s Coral Energy DMCC, the bidder who has submitted the financially most attractive offer, based on the recommendations of the Technical Evaluation Committee and the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
