Awarding the Contract for the Repair of Honeywell Auxilliary Power Units at SriLankan Airlines (SLA)

- SriLankan Airlines has invited Bids for the repair of Honeywell Auxilliary Power Units following the Limited International Competitive Bidding procedure. Three bids have been received for the purpose and the proposal made by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation to award the contract for the repair of Honeywell Auxilliary Power Units for a period of 02 years at an estimated cost of USD 15.3 Mn to Honeywell International SARL which has submitted the substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid based on the recommendations of the Technical Evaluation Committee and the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
