Submission of Regulations issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969 to Parliament

- The proposals made by the Hon. President in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies to submit the following Regulations imposed under the provisions of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969 to Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.

* The Imports Control Regulations on Payment Terms No. 07 of 2023 published in the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2326/40 dated 2023‑04‑06.

* The Imports and Exports (Control) Regulations No.08 of 2023 published in the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2326/41dated 2023‑04‑06.
