Imposition of Regulations under the provisions of the Employees' Trust Fund Act No.46 of 1980

- Regulations made amending the the Employees' Trust Fund Regulations which had been made under the Employees' Trust Fund Act, No.46 of 1980 and promulgated in the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.125 dated 1980‑01‑23, have been published by the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2311/39 dated 2022‑12‑22. The proposal made by the Hon. President in his capacity as the Minister of Finance,Economic Stabilization and National Policies to submit the said amended regulations to Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
