Regulations Promulgated under the Merchant Shipping Act, No.52 of 1971 and the Licensing of Shipping Agent Act, No.10 of 1972

- The proposal made by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation to present in Parliament for approval the Regulations imposed by 13 Gazette Notifications in accordance with the provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act, No.52 of 1971 by the Merchant Shipping Secretariat under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation and the Regulations imposed in accordance with the provisions of the Shipping Agents Licensing Act, No.10 of 1972, was approved by the Cabinet.
