Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for CulturalCooperation between the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives

- It has been proposed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Cultural Cooperation between the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Republic of Maldives. The Draft Agreement prepared for this purpose has received the clearance of the Attorney General and the concurrence of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs to sign the said Agreement, was approved by the Cabinet.
