BIMSTEC Charter and Memorandum of Association for the Establishment of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) Technology Transfer Facility

- Sri Lanka has signed the BIMSTEC Charter and Memorandum of Association for the Establishment of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi‑Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) Technology Transfer Facility on 2022‑03‑30. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs to ratify the aforesaid agreement, was approved by the Cabinet.
