Allotment of a plot of land from the Hambantota area for the Ceylon Electricity Board on lease basis

- Cabinet approved the joint proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing and the Minister of Power and Energy for the allotment of a land area of 3 acres 1 rood and 10.65 perches in the Keliyapura area of Hambantota which has been vested with the Urban Development Authority under section 6(1) of the State Land Ordinance, to the Ceylon Electricity Board to be used as an electricity pole yard, for a period of 30 years, on lease basis.
