Sale of housing units in Borella Oval View Residencies Housing Project on freehold basis

- Borella Oval View Residencies Housing Project, Palangastuduwa, a 24 storeyed housing project which consists of 608 housing units and 5 commercial units built for government servants has been completed and the possession of those houses has been granted to the house recipients in the year 2020. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Hosing to provide freehold deeds to the house recipients as per the provisions of the Urban Development Authority Act No. 41 of 1978, was approved by the Cabinet.
