Establishment of a One-Stop Unit under the Urban Development Authority

- The Urban Development Authority has identified the necessity of expediting the approval process of the Development projects carried out by the Urban Development Authority within the urban areas. As such, the proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to establish a Unit enabling to upgrade the development application processing system implementing at present and obtain overall approval in one-stop unit, was approved by the Cabinet.
