Law to make provisions for the control of election expenses

- The Legal Draftsman has drafted a Bill to control the election expenses on the approval of the Cabinet. Clearance of the Attorney General has been received for the said Bill. The proposal made by the Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reforms to publish the said Bill in the Government Gazette and thereafter present the same in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
