Submission of Orders published in the Government Gazette to Parliament for approval

- The proposal made by the Hon. President in his capacity as the Minister of Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies to submit the following Gazette Notifications to Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.

i Five (05) Gazette Notifications which include the Orders issued under section 2 and section 5 of the Special Commodity Levy Act, No.48 of 2007;

ii Two (02) Gazette Notifications which include the Orders issued under section 2 of the Revenue Protection Act, No.19 of 1962;

iii Two (02) Gazette Notifications which include the Orders issued under section 14 of the Sri Lanka Export Development Act, No.40 of 1979;

iv Two (02) Gazette Notifications which include the Orders issued under section 3 of the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act, No.18 of 2011; and

v One (01) Gazette Notification which includes the Orders issued under section 2A of the Value Added Tax Act, No.6 of 2005.
