Purchase of 80 Ton Bollard Pull Twin Azimuth Stern Drive Harbour Tug for the Sri Lanka Ports Authority

- There are 07 Tugs which are in good condition in the Port of Colombo at present and it has been identified that another Tug with the capacity of 80 Ton should be purchased for future operations. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation to take necessary action to purchase a Tug, following the International Competitive Bidding, was approved by the Cabinet.
