Memorandum of Understanding between the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and the University of Calgary, Canada

- The Cabinet approved the proposal made by the Hon. President in his capacity as the Minister of Defence to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and the University of Calgary of Canada in order to create collaboration in the study sectors such as conducting selected educational activities, exchange of visiting scholars to conduct teaching and research activities, exchange of undergraduate and post graduate students, conducting joint research activities and providing internship/placement opportunities, between the two parties.
