Entering into a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Science, Technology and Innovation between the Government of Sri Lanka and the Government of Nepal

- Although approval of the Cabinet has been granted at its meeting held on 2021‑06‑21 for the then Ministry of Skills Development, Vocational Education, Research and Innovation to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Science, Technology and Innovation between the Government of Sri Lanka and the Government of Nepal, the said agreement has not yet been signed. Therefore, the proposal made by the Minister of Education to sign the MoU as per the concurrence entered into by both parties, was approved by the Cabinet.
