Procurement of Services of an International Financial Advisor and International Legal Advisor for External Debt Restructuring of Government of Sri lanka

- Approval of the Cabinet has previously been granted to procure the Services of an International Financial Advisor and an International Legal Advisor for External Debt Restructuring of the Government of Sri Lanka. 28 proposals to obtain the service of a Financial Advisor and 23 proposals to obtain the service of an international Legal Advisor have been received as per the Request for Proposals made to that effect. Accordingly, the proposals made by H.E. the President to award the relevant procurement as mentioned below based on the recommendations of the Cabinet Appointed Steering Committees appointed pertaining to the relevant procurement, was approved by the Cabinet.

• to award the procurement for the Service of an International Financial Advisor to M/s Lazard, France.

• to award the procurement for the Service of an International Legal Advisor to M/s Clifford Chance LLP.
