Submission of the Annual Report of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka for the year 2021 in Parliament, for approval

- The Annual Report of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka for the year 2021 has been submitted to the Minister of Finance on 2022 04 29 by the Monetary Board of the said Bank. If the Parliament sessions are held, in terms of the provisions of the Monetary Law Act, the said annual report should be laid before Parliament by the Minister of Finance within 14 days on receipt of the said report. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Finance to present the Annual Report of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in Parliament for approval for the year 2021, was approved by the Cabinet.
