Submission of Regulations issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No.1 of 1969 for approval in Parliament

- Imports and Exports (Control) Regulations No.06 of 2022 have been promulgated and published in the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2274/42 dated 2022 04 09, under Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No.1 of 1969, with effect from 2022 03 10 in order to restrict the import of selected non-essential and non-urgent goods. The proposal made by the Minister of Finance to submit the said Regulations for approval in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
