Awarding Research Grants from the Eurasia Foundation in Japan to General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University

- Measures have been taken by the Eurasia Foundation in Japan to provide a Grant of US$ 42,000 as a Research grant to General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University for the conducting a course under the title of 'Cultural Linkages towards an Asian Ideology'. As such, the proposal made by H.E the President in his capacity as the Minister of Defence to recruit 200 students under the said Grant and conduct the relevant Course, was approved by the Cabinet.
