Augmentation of Nadukuda, Chunnakam and Aniyakanda Grid Substations under an Asian Development Bank Loan

- Bids have been invited following the International Competitive Bidding to select a suitable contractor to implement this Project. The Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee has recommended to award the relevant contract to the Joint Venture of TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group and Ceylex Engineering Ltd. Concurrence of the Asian Development Bank has been received for the said recommendation. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Power to award the relevant contract, was approved by the Cabinet.
