Project for the construction of 408 Housing Units at Millagahawatta, Wattala

- Bids have been invited following the National Competitive Bidding to implement the Project for Designing and Construction of 408 Housing Units at Millagahawatta, Wattala. As such, the proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to award the relevant contract to International Construction Consortium (Pvt.) Ltd., as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Negotiation Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
