Memorandum of Understanding between the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) and the UFA State Aviation Technical University (USATU) of the Russian Federation

- A proposal has been made to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) and the UFA State Aviation Technical University (USATU) of the Russian Federation with the objectives of further strengthening the good relationship between the two countries, enhancing the Academic and Research Cooperation in the field of Aviation and Aeronautical Engineering, exchange of scholars and scientists for conducting research in the areas of mutual interest as well as the exchange of information, academic materials and publications in the aforesaid areas. Accordingly, the proposal made by H.E the President in his capacity as the Minister of Defence to sign the said MoU, was approved by the Cabinet.
