BIMSTEC Memorandum of Association (MoA) for the establishment of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) Technology Transfer facility

- Approval of the Cabinet has been granted previously to enter into the Memorandum of Association for the establishment of the BIMSTEC Technology Transfer Facility. As such, the matters submitted by the Foreign Minister that action is being taken by his Ministry to have the said Convention signed by the State Ministry of Skills Development, Vocational Education, Research and Innovation with each member states of the BIMSTEC Organization during the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economical Co operation (BIMSTEC) summit scheduled to be held on 2022 03 30, were noted by the Cabinet.
