Offering Scholarships to the Cadet Officers of the Republic of Seychelles in the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University

- The General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University has expanded its services rendered for foreign students and scholarships have already been offered to the Cadet Officers belonging to the Tri‑Forces in several countries. The High Commissioner of the Republic of Seychelles has informed the Foreign Ministry that the Republic is interested in enrolling in the said Scholarships Programme. Accordingly, the proposal made by H.E. the President in his capacity as the Minister of Defence to have two Cadet Officers belonging to the Tri‑Forces of the Republic of Seychelles enrolled in the Scholarships Programme of the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, was approved by the Cabinet.
