Delkanda Luxury Apartment Project with 70 housing units

- It has been planned to implement a luxury apartment project with 70 housing units in a land in extent of 100 perches,located at Delkanda belonging to the Ocean View Development (Pvt) Ltd., which is coming under the State Ministry of Rural Housing and Construction & Building Materials Industries Promotion. This project will be implemented with the investors under the pre-sale method without causing any burden to the Government. Therefore, the proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Urban Development and Housing, to implement the said project, was approved by the Cabinet.
