National Policy on Healthcare Quality and Safety

- Approval of the Cabinet has been granted at its meeting held on 2015‑05‑27 for the existing 'National Policy on Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety'. However, based on the Resolution on 'Global action on patient safety' which was confirmed at the 72nd World Health Assembly held in the year 2019, the said policy was amended. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Health to implement the said policy which assures the quality and safety of the healthcare system, was approved by the Cabinet.
