Transferring the land located at Ekala, Ja-Ela belonging to the Urban Development Authority for implementing a logistics and a related development project, on long term lease basis

- Proposals have been invited from the private sector investors on competitive basis for implementing a logistics and a related development project on a land in extent of 36 acres 01 rood and 27.6 perches located at Ekala, Ja Ela belonging to the Urban Development Authority, on the basis of Design, Build, Finance, Own Operate and Transfer. The proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to transfer the relevant land to M/s Access Logistics Park Ekala (Pvt.) Ltd. which has been selected after evaluating technical and financial proposals submitted accordingly, on long term lease basis on the valuation of the Chief Government Valuer, was approved by the Cabinet.
