Awarding the Consultancy Service Contract for the construction of Coop Square

- The Cabinet at its meeting held on 02 August 2021 has granted approval to construct a Cooperative Trade Centre named Coop Square. Accordingly, Expressions of Interest have been invited under the National Competitive Bidding to select a consultancy firm to obtain consultancy services pertaining to the all the sectors under the said project and 07 institutes have been shortlisted. Proposals have been submitted by 06 institutes out of those institutes. As such, the proposal made by the Minister of Trade to award the relevant Consultancy Service Contract to the M/s Mihindu Keerthiratne Associates as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Consultants Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
