Civil Aviation (Licensing of Personnel and Training Institutions) Regulation No. 01 of 2018

- In view of ensuring the international responsibility vested in the Government under the Chicago Convention and the sustainable growth in Civil Aviation in Sri Lanka within a safe and secure environment, the Civil Aviation (Licensing of Personnel and Training Institutions) Regulation No. 01 of 2018 has been published and issued in the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2078/22 dated 2018 07 03 as pert the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act, No.14 of 2010. In terms of section 119 of the Aviation Act, every regulation published in the Government Gazette should be presented in Parliament for approval, expeditiously. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Tourism to present the said Regulation published in the Government Gazette dated 2018 07 03 in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
