Entering into a Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Moratuwa and the Osaka City University, Japan for Academic Exchange and Collaboration

- It has been proposed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Academic Exchange and Collaboration between the University of Moratuwa and the Osaka City University, Japan. Under the said MoU which is effective for a period of five (05) years, it is expected to implement professors and university lecturers exchange programmes, implement student exchange programmes, conduct collaborative research and joint academic meetings and workshops and exchange information, publications and materials for academic purposes between the said universities. As such, the proposal made by the Minister of Education to sign the said MoU, was approved by the Cabinet.
