Submission of Regulations issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act No. 1 of 1969 to Parliament for Approval

- The Gazette Extraordinary Notification dated 2021‑11‑03 has been issued promulgating the regulations under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act No. 1 of 1969 to facilitate to meet the domestic demand for rice and to provide the people with rice at affordable prices avoiding the shortage of rice in the market. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Finance to submit the said Regulations in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
