Awarding procurements for supply of Aviation Fuel for SriLankan Airlines at 21 destination Airports

- Bids have been called following the Limited International Bidding process to select institutions that supply fuel for the flights of SriLankan Airlines at 21 destination airports, worldwide. The validity period of the relevant procurement is 12 to 24 months and 26 responsive bids have been received for 21 airports. Therefore, the proposal made by the Minister of Tourism, to award the relevant procurements to the suppliers selected for 21 destination airports, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
