Submission of Regulations issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No.1 of 1969 for approval in Parliament

- With a view to streamlining the importation of boats and vessels, they have been decided to subject to a Import Control Licenses System together with a license fee. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Finance to submit the regulations promulgated and published in the Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 2021‑10‑12, under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No.1 of 1969, for approval in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
