Amendment to the Partition Act Law

- The proposal made by the Minister of Justice to amend the existing Partition Act Law, based on the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Partition Act Law appointed by the Minister of Justice to submit recommendations on the Partition Act Law to amend the Partition Act to meet the present day requirements by preserving the rights of the co-owners of a land and also preventing undue delays and to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft legislation for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
