Providing relief for the difficulties faced by the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises

- Approval of the Cabinet was granted at its meeting held on 2020‑10‑26 to appoint an Officials' Committee to identify the difficulties faced by the Small and Medium Scale enterprises and submit recommendations on the relief to be provided to them and to propose a mechanism for preparing a data base on the small and medium scale entrepreneurs. As such, the proposal made by the Minister of Industries to implement the recommendations submitted by the said Officials' Committee on the appropriate relief to be provided to the Small and Medium Scale entrepreneurs affected due to the COVID‑19 Pandemic and Easter Sunday Attack, was approved by the Cabinet.
