Awarding of the contract for the phase II of Multi-Storied Car Park & Mixed Development Project at Colombo Fort

- Bids have been invited for the Design & Construction of Super Structure of Multi‑Storied Car Park & Mixed Development Project at Colombo Fort ‑ Phase II, following the National Competitive Bidding Procedure. As such, the proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Urban Development & Housing to award the relevant contract to M/s. Tudawe Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd., the lowest bidder, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
