Entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the University of Ruhuna and the Vellore Institute of Technology, India

- The proposal made by the Minister of Education to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the University of Ruhuna and the Vellore Institute of Technology, India for higher education co‑operation by organizing student exchange programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, organizing academic staff exchange programmes for sharing mutual experience on teaching, research and practical training and implementing integrated research and development programmes inclusive of exchanging publications and reports etc:, was approved by the Cabinet.
