Orders issued under the Sri Lanka Export Development Act, No.40 of 1979

- An Order has been issued under the Sri Lanka Export Development Act, No.40 of 1979 to amend the CESS duty on importation of tiles and ceramic sanitary fittings. The said Order has been published in the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No.2219/15 dated 2021‑03‑15 and the proposal made by the Minister of Trade to submit the said Order in Parliament for approval as per the provisions of this Act, was approved by the Cabinet.
