Amendment to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act No. 28 of 1961

- Since some of the provisions of the the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act No. 28 of 1961 which are currently in force, are inadequate for the present-day requirements, the proposal made by the Minister of Energy to amend the said Act, incorporating the amendments identified for the same and to instruct the Legal Draftsman to prepare a draft Bill for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
