Presenting the Regulations issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No.1 of 1969 for the approval of Parliament

- The proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of Finance to present the Gazette Notification No.2214/56 dated 2021‑02‑11 issued under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No.1 of 1969, incorporating the provisions enabling to permit the importation of ceramic products which had been suspended temporarily, on 180 day Credit basis and to permit the importation of sarees other than Batik, Handloom and Apparels on 90 day Credit basis, in Parliament for approval in terms of Section 20 of the said Act, was approved by the Cabinet.
