Allocation of a block of land for the construction of Rakwana Veterinary Office

- The Hapugasthenna Plantation Ltd has granted its concurrence to allocate a block of land without compensation to construct a new building to the Rakwana Veterinary Office functioning under the Department of Animal Production and Health of Sabaragamuwa Province, since the building in which the said office maintains is in very dilapilated condition. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government to allocate a block of land in extent of 0.15 hectares from Haderly part of Haderly Estate belonging to the Hapugasthenna Plantation Ltd without paying compensation for the construction of Rakwana Veterinary Office, was approved by the Cabinet.
