Vesting of the land and buildings owned by the National Housing Development Authority located at Thammannagama, Anamaduwa with the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute

- The 'Gam Uda' land in extent of 3.585 hectares and its all buildings located in Thammannagama, Anamaduwa has been vested with the National Housing Development Authority by a special grant. The Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI) has made a request for that land and its buildings in order to establish its Aanamaduwa Regional Centre whereas the National Housing Development Authority has given its consent to vest in the same. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Education to transfer the said land and buildings back to the Government and to vest the same with the CGTTI on a free grant, was approved by the Cabinet.
