Recognizing 'e-Thaksalawa' as the National Official Learning Contents Management System

- The Ministry of Education has taken action to implement the 'e-Thaksalawa' as an online programme for an uninterrupted school education system against the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Under this program, the students may refer to learning resources such as text books, syllabuses, learning contents, video lessons, question papers and multiple choice questions relevant to the syllabuses from Grade 1 to Grade 13. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Education, to recognize the 'e-Thaksalawa' online program as the Official Online Learning Contents Management System in the schools where general education system is in operation and in the other education institutes under the Ministry of Education, was approved by the Cabinet.
