Training Multi-purpose Development Assistants

- Activities pertaining to the recruitment of 100,000 Multi-purpose Development Assistants by the Department of Multi-purpose Development Task Force are being conducted by now. It has been planned to subject all those who recruited accordingly to a training under 25 fields and award them NVQ 3 certificate. As such, the Cabinet approved the the proposal made by H.E the President for entrusting the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) to conduct the said training simultaneously in 332 Divisional Secretariat Divisions island wide for a period of 5 ½ months.
